Upon entering the first floor, you'll find three spacious master suites (two with king beds and one with a queen), a bunk room that sleeps four, a laundry closet, and direct access to the pool. Each king master suite offers stunning views of the Gulf and infinity pool. All bedrooms feature a TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bunk room includes a TV, closet, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo, along with plenty of hooks for wet suits. The pool deck is equipped with a bathroom, cooking area, mini fridge, ice maker, and outdoor shower, with stairs leading directly to the beach boardwalk. For an added touch of luxury, the pool can be heated or cooled for an additional fee.

On the second floor, the open-concept gourmet kitchen boasts unobstructed views of the ocean and St. Vincent Island, seamlessly blending into the dining area both indoors and on the expansive screened-in deck. This large deck offers abundant seating for dining and relaxation. Designed for family gatherings, the kitchen features a custom 12-foot dining table with a built-in bench perfect for kids, game nights, or puzzle sessions. A high chair is also provided for younger guests. The kitchen island is anchored by a 45-inch workstation sink with dual faucets, complemented by two dishwashers for effortless clean-up. The 48-inch Wolf range and a 48-inch built-in refrigerator ensure there's room for all your culinary needs. The living room is designed for comfort with a fireplace, plenty of seating, and a TV. With the reverse osmosis water purification system and whole-house water softener, you can enjoy fresh, clean water throughout your stay. A bunk room on this floor sleeps six and includes a TV, bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and closet.

The top floor is a peaceful retreat, featuring a king bedroom with panoramic Gulf views and a private deck. Start your day with coffee from the coffee bar or unwind with stargazing at night. The en-suite bathroom features double vanities and a spacious shower.
